The brilliant Adisa has left the building!

A huge thank you to Performance Poet, Adisa, who ran four hour-long workshops with four KS3 tutor groups in the library. Adisa covered a range of fascinating topics from cultural identity, topical issues and anti-bullying and held his KS3 audience captive. 

We were also lucky to have readings from his new Poetry book ‘Lip Hopping with the Fundi-Fu’. Adisa is a well-respected artist with a body of published work and extensive experience delivering work-shops at secondary schools, and the students were encouraged to write their own poetry and enter the imaginative world of the poet.
