Exceptional Practical Work in Food and Nutrition Lessons
This week, students in the Food Department have been cooking a variety of dishes.
The Year 7s made cheese scones; the Year 8s were cooking cheese & onion pasties; the Year 9s and 10s made mayonnaise - turning it into coleslaw - whilst some Year 9 students were given the challenge of making choux buns. Some of the best examples were made by Kayleigh Parker. It was certainly a case of the student surpassing the skills of the teacher!
