Behaviour Manager & Deputy DSL

H7 (£32,352 - £34,218) per annum

36 hours per week - Term Time Only Plus two weeks

We are looking to appoint a full time Behaviour Manager to lead student support at Hatch End from 1st September 2025.  You would work with the Deputy Headteacher/DSL to lead interventions, support and provision for all students and be specifically responsible for CSW (Children with a Social Worker) and SEMH students.  You would lead and line manage the student support team.

You will be responsible for the safeguarding and behaviour of the young people at Hatch End and previous experience is essential. You will run and organise intervention programmes to support good behaviour, attend safeguarding meetings, provide mentoring and liaise with parents/carers.  This is a crucial role for our young people, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, calm, dedicated, flexible and experienced leader.
