We have a rare and exciting opportunity to appoint a new Assistant Head of Year. This is a key role at Hatch End High School providing full-time support to one year group of students, in conjunction with the Head of Year. You would be the first line of communication for parents and students to support their progress, achievement and behaviour. You would remain with the year group throughout their time at Hatch End and celebrate their awards and successes!
The ideal candidate will build excellent relationships with students, work well under pressure, have excellent organisational skills, and be experienced in a school setting.
