36 hours pw - Term Time Only plus 2 weeks (one week in lieu of evening events)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to join our associate staff management team.  This role is interesting and varied with a key focus on developing and supporting staff to provide the best possible service to students, staff and our wider community. This role is responsible for managing an efficient, effective and timely administrative and communication service to the Headteacher, SLT and other staff of the school, parents and carers, the public and other agencies and for all public facing events of the school and the photography of these events. The successful candidate will be a confident person with excellent interpersonal, line management and communication skills, able to provide an efficient and friendly service, and act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors to the school during events.

 

The successful applicant will:

  • have a proven and demonstrable track record of success in a management position;
  • have strong administrative/organisational skills;
  • have a good understanding of current educational developments;
