This Girl Can 2024

As part of International Women's Day, Hatch End High School students participated in our annual This Girl Can event on Friday 8th March 2024.
This Girl Can is an award-winning National Lottery funded campaign launched in 2015, which raises awareness surrounding women and girls participating in and having access to a wide variety of sports and leisure activities. The event promotes health and wellbeing in Sport and Leisure, as well as to celebrate women and girls having fun and being active.
Pupils were able to enjoy an exciting array of sporting activities, such as cricket, football, boxing, yoga, dancing, and scooter workshops.
Hatch End High School were also delighted to welcome local MP for Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner, David Simmonds CBE, to discuss the importance of access to a wide range of sports for girls.
