Geographers in the field

Year 9 and 10 GCSE geographers embarked on a field trip to Reculver Beach in Kent to collect their data for the Unit 3 exam. 

The students used a range of techniques whilst at the coast including beach profiling and surveying the environmental quality. Students then analysed their data back in the classroom and thought about their implications of their findings on tourism, businesses and  residents in the local area. 

A huge well done to all groups who really did embody the “We Care” ethos throughout the day.
