This week, Year 10 Food Preparation and Nutrition classes have been expanding their pastry skills by making scrumptious fruit tarts.
Students had to make pate sucree (sweet pastry with Crème Pâtissière) and practice their knife skills to produce their tarts.
What a fantastic job they all did!
