The DVS Award Ceremony was an amazing experience. I had never attended a formal dinner like this before, so the evening felt really special. Hearing from a range of professionals across different fields and learning about their stories and journeys was truly inspiring. One thing that stood out to me the most was when of the speakers said: "Being a leader isn’t always about being the loudest voice, it’s the little moments that truly set you apart." It reminded me that leadership can take many forms, and sometimes it’s the hidden, meaningful moments that have the biggest impact. The evening was the highlight of my week.

Attending the DVS event to receive my award for Ambition was an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to meet and speak with many professionals, including lawyers, whose personal stories were incredibly inspiring and motivated me further in my career aspirations in law. The connections I made will be valuable for my future career, especially in understanding the different paths and the mindset needed to succeed. Hearing their experiences motivated me to stay focused, be proud of myself, and continue striving for my goals.

The networking opportunities along with the speeches of respected individuals really intrigued me and the food was spectacular.
