Head Teacherâs Breakfast: Celebrating Year 11 Ambition and Progress
Posted on: 26/11/2025On Wednesday, 26th November, before the school day began, we hosted a special Head Teacher’s Breakfast to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our top 50 Year 11 students who have demonstrated the highest progress in their year group in their recent CAPs
The event was a wonderful occasion to recognise hard work and ambition. Students enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring pain au chocolat, croissants, and hot chocolate, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere. Each student was proudly presented with a certificate of achievement by Mrs Jeanes, acknowledging their exceptional progress in recent assessments.
We were delighted to have Mrs Jeanes (Head Teacher), Ms Le Fleurier (Head of Year 11), Mr Robinson (Assistant Head for Key Stage 4), and Mrs Beccan (Assistant Headteacher) in attendance to personally congratulate the students. Their presence reinforced the importance of striving for excellence and the value we place on student success.
A special thank you goes to our four Year 9 peer leaders, who played a vital role in setting up and serving food, ensuring the event ran smoothly. Their support exemplifies the spirit of co-operation and leadership within our school community.
