Year 8 School of Hard Knocks Trip to the Nuclear Races

Some of our Year 8 boys recently took on the epic challenge of the Nuclear Races in Essex. These students have been part of the School of Hard Knocks rugby programme throughout the year, receiving dedicated mentoring and coaching aimed at building self-belief, resilience, and emotional regulation. The trip gave them the perfect opportunity to put those skills to the test, as they faced a gruelling obstacle course packed with mud, teamwork, and determination. From scaling walls to braving the infamous ‘Death Slide’, the boys showed incredible grit and camaraderie. A huge well done to all involved – you’ve made us proud!
